Padmesh Sewda, Program Manager, Education and training, TVS IQL represented as one of the Panel Speaker in the session “Out-of-Classroom Education: Experiential Learning Pedagogy,” held at BVRIT Narsapur, Hyderabad alongside distinguished panelists from IIT Hyderabad, IIT Tirupati, SAE INDIA Kathmandu University, Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) , MathWorks, Gravton Motors—reflecting strong industry–academia collaboration.
The discussion emphasized the shift from traditional learning to experiential education, where platforms like BAJA, REEV , Tifan, Capstones hackathons, and live Business projects enable students to design, build, test, and innovate. The focus was on embedding such learning into mainstream academia to develop engineers capable of real-world problem-solving, system integration, and innovation.
